Best Grilling Tips

By default, the best time for grilling (and when we say grilling we mean grilling in your bbq grill) is during the summer. Usually the family gathers and everybody is having fun in the patio enjoying the hot sun. But as soon as the summer ends, most people pack their grills until next year, not knowing that it is a tool that can be used on any season. We provide you with a series of best grilling tips that you can use all year round. There are things to keep in mind if you want to enjoy our best grilling tips. For example, keep the lid of the grill blocking any strong wind that comes in. Also, you should always keep the top of your grill closed, to prevent it from getting dirty. If you are not going to use the grill for more than a week, make sure your gas tank is set to off. It is proven that the flavor of flamed cooked foods are even tastier during the winter time, so rest assured that you'll enjoy our best grilling tips even when it's cold outside. - Best grilling tips for grilling chicken In many parts of the world chicken is the food of choice many people. There are many ways to cook a chicken. However, we will focus on tips for grilling chicken. Note: Chicken contains bacteria that you need to be careful of. Always wash your hands after handling raw chicken using hot water and antibacterial soap. BBQ Grilled Chicken: 1 tbs Tabasco hot sauce 3 tsp apple vinegar 1/2 cup brown sugar 4 tbs maple honey 3 tsp dijon mustard 3 tiny pieces of garlic 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tbs oil Salt and pepper 8 pieces of chicken On the stove cook for 7 minutes in medium the hot sauce, vinegar, sugar, honey, mustard, garlic, and ketchup. Remove the sauce from the stove and let it cool down. On a bowl mix the chicken with the oil, pepper, and salt. Then, once the sauce is at room temperature, dip the chicken in the sauce and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Put aluminum foil in the bbq grill and turn it on for 5 minutes in high. Put the chicken and then lower the temperature to medium. With a brush, every once in a while brush the chicken with the remaining sauce. - Best grilling tips for grilling steaks Marinating steaks is an excellent way to add flavor. The following marinade goes well with all steaks. 3 lbs of Steaks 1 cup of finely chopped onion 2 little pieces of garlic 3 tbs of oil 1 tbs of worcestershire sauce 2 1/2 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp of grated fresh black pepper Mix all the ingredients and then cover the steaks with them. Let the steak marinate for about 1 or 2 hours. Turn on the bbq grill 10 minutes before cooking. Cook the meat for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
